I have completed M.Sc. in Nursing from Government College of Nursing, HIMS Hassan. I bring over 5 years of dynamic teaching experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing, having held roles as both an Assistant Lecturer and Lecturer. In addition to my academic expertise, I spent 3 years as a Nurse Master Trainer at Nipuna Skills Lab in Gauribidanur, where I played a key role in advancing practical nursing skills and training the next generation of healthcare professionals.

The laboratory introduces the students to the world of practicing real-life scenarios by using the tools and equipment for the demonstration of various procedures, such as types of deliveries, handling complex pregnancy states, and simple tests to confirm pregnancy. The main goal of our lab in OBG is to make them focus on three things: accuracy, speed, and time, which leads them to make decisions.
Hands-on Training in Maternal and Women’s Health Care: OBG labs offer practical training in maternal and women’s health, preparing students for various stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
Basic OBG Skill Labs: Students learn to perform and interpret clinical skills related to antenatal, labour, and postnatal care assessments.
Labor & Delivery Simulation Labs: These labs simulate labor and delivery scenarios, allowing students to practice key procedures such as fetal monitoring and delivery techniques.
Gynecological Procedure Labs: Students are trained to perform gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams and Pap smears.
